Pep Guardiola believes Manchester City will need to continue sharing the goalscoring load in the absence of a striker capable of firing them to the title alone.
Sergio Aguero has returned to the club's training ground after recovering from coronavirus but his manager maintained on Tuesday that the Argentine is some way short of match fitness.
City's other recognised striker, Gabriel Jesus, has scored just three goals in 12 Premier League appearances this term, with Ilkay Gundogan leading the way on seven from midfield.
'Normally when you are on top of the league or winning titles, you have one or two top, top scorers,' Guardiola said before Wednesday's trip to Burnley.
