West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini has told Samir Nasri to make up for lost time and prove he has not lost his talent, starting on Saturday against Birmingham in the FA Cup.
Ex-Arsenal and Manchester City star Nasri is eligible to play again following an 18-month ban for a doping violation and he is set to debut for the Hammers.
The 31-year-old’s last appearance was for Turkish side Antalyaspor in November 2017 and Pellegrini feels Nasri is now out for ‘revenge’ after being sidelined for so long.
‘He has been working with us for more than one month,’ Pellegrini said.
