Manchester United legend Paul Scholes has declared the club needs an authoritative centre half to push on to the next level.
After stating the club lacked the belief to fight for the Premier League title, the former United midfielder had his say on where the Red Devils need to improve in order to challenge for Premier League titles.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side beat Newcastle 3-1 on Sunday but looked shaky at the back and conceded lots of chances against a misfiring Magpies side.
And Scholes underlined the Red Devils' problem being at the back rather than in midfield or up front.
