Patrick Vieira leaves relegation stresses behind as the former Arsenal captain soaks up the sun in Barbados after Crystal Palace axe... with the Eagles flying again under Roy Hodgson with back-to-back wins

Patrick Vieira has been spotted in Barbados enjoying a well-deserved holiday in Barbados after having been sacked by Crystal Palace in March.

The French manager was relieved of his duties at Selhurst Park on St. Patrick's Day - March 17 - after a poor run of form at the Eagles, including no win in 2023.

He was replaced by predecessor Roy Hodgson, who has guided the club to back-to-back wins in his first two games since returning to his former team.

Vieira is not the only Premier League managerial casualty to put some distance between themselves and the English capital, with Graham Potter reportedly jetting off to the Maldives days after being axed by Chelsea.
