Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has expressed his hope that he can help Liverpool get over the top in their quest to win the Premier League this season.
The 26-year-old missed almost all of last season as he recovered from a serious knee injury he suffered against Roma in the Champions League in April 2018.
With Oxlade-Chamberlain sidelined, Liverpool came up one point short of a first league title since 1989-90, finishing second behind Manchester City.

The Reds, however, did achieve European glory by defeating Tottenham 2-0 in the Champions League final, a game for which Oxlade-Chamberlain was on the bench.
