Nottingham Forest have confirmed the signing of French defender Giulian Biancone from Ligue 1 side Troyes.
The 22-year-old started his career with Monaco and was sent on loan to Belgian side Cercle Bregge for two years before making a permanent switch to Troyes last summer.
Biancone joins on a three-year deal as Forest boss Steve Cooper continues to prepare for the club's return to the Premier League.
'I am very happy to arrive at a club like Nottingham Forest after a good experience with my former club Troyes,' Biancone told Forest's official website
'I know it's a big club, very known across Europe and I'm very excited to be joining the club, with its great fanbase and history.
