Norwich and Southampton are heading for a battle for Blackburn striker Adam Armstrong.
The Premier League pair have emerged as two of the main contenders to land prolific former Newcastle frontman Armstrong.
Armstrong had a brilliant campaign last season, netting 28 goals in 40 Championship appearances and finishing just five strikes short of the division’s record-breaking top scorer Ivan Toney.

Blackburn would prefer to keep hold of Armstrong but with just a year left on his contract this summer also represents one of the final chances to secure a fee for the 24-year-old.
