Zinedine Zidane is the favourite to become the next permanent Manchester United manager after Jose Mourinho was axed on Tuesday morning.
The Frenchman is currently out of work following his successful spell at Real Madrid that yielded three Champions League titles and is currently the 10/11 favourite to replace Mourinho on a long-term basis.
Mourinho was finally relieved of his duties after an abysmal start of the season with the club now expected to name a caretaker manager until the end of the season.
