Watford manager Javi Gracia says he is ‘grateful’ to his new employers for giving him another chance after his sacking in Russia.
Spaniard Gracia’s reputation took a hit when he left Rubin Kazan last June, just one underperforming season into a four-year contract.
But Marco Silva’s surprise sacking on Sunday opened the ‘dream’ door of the Premier League to Gracia, 47, and he says he is ready to go again after resuming his managerial career.
‘It's an important step in my career,’ the former Malaga manager told Watford's official website.
