Nairobi City Stars picked their second win the Football Kenya Federation Premier League after seeing off Bandari 2-0 at Kasarani on Friday.
Experienced striker Anthony Kimani and Davis Agesa were the scorers for the Simba wa Nairobi who did not look more lethal but ironically went home as victors in their third league game of the 2020-21campaign.
City Stars would have scored the opener in the 20th minute but Timothy Ouma sent his shot just wide after he had been spotted by Oliver Maloba. Another chance came in the 28th minute but Bandari goalkeeper Justin Ndikumana did well to stop an attack that was engineered by Agesa as the visitors looked more solid at the back unlike in the opening minutes.
