Swansea City forward Jefferson Montero will see a specialist after fracturing a bone in his hand.
The Ecuador winger, who has just returned from a calf injury, was hurt during the Swans' 3-1 defeat to Manchester United.
Montero flew to Ecuador after the match for international duty, but has now been excused and is returning to Swansea for further assessment.
Swansea are hopeful he can continue playing with a cast.
