Mason Mount says opponents will have trouble working out how Chelsea will play as he lines up as a false nine in win against Tottenham - but admits he needs to improve his ruthless touch in front of goal

Mason Mount has stated Chelsea's tactical innovations will have future opponents worried after he performed well in a comfortable 1-0 win against Tottenham.

Mount did not start new boss Thomas Tuchel's first game in charge against Wolves, but made an impressive cameo from the bench and has started and starred in both matches since then.

The England midfielder played as a false nine at times in the Tottenham clash, with Timo Werner on the left and Callum Hudson-Odoi on the right side of the Chelsea attack.

And Mount, 22, says teams will have trouble figuring out the Blues' tactical setup given how versatile and interchangeable it is.
