Paul Ince has accused Manchester United of panicking in appointing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as permanent manager, while claiming the side have lost their fear factor.
Solskjaer has come under intense scrutiny following a nightmare start to the Premier League season, leading to question marks surrounding his future at Old Trafford.
United languish in 15th place in the Premier League with just seven points after six games, losing three and drawing one of their first four home matches this season.

And Ince claims United rushed in hiring Solskjaer on a three-year deal after winning 14 of his 19 matches in charge as caretaker - including the famous victory away at Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League last year.
