Manchester United are as big as religion - at least when it comes to social media engagement.
That is according to managing director Richard Arnold, who has declared that the club operate on a different level than anyone else in sport and are bigger than the likes of Justin Beiber, Taylor Swift and Barack Obama.
Speaking at Web Summit 2016, in Lisbon, Arnold explained: 'The level we are engaging at, to put it in context, is akin to religion.

'John Lennon was famously quoted as saying The Beatles were "bigger than Jesus".
