Manchester City have lifted the Premier League trophy once again after being presented with this year's silverware following their 5-0 thrashing of Everton on Sunday.
Pep Guardiola's side secured their position as champions on May 11, but had to wait until the final day of the season to get their hands on the trophy.
City were awarded the trophy in front of 10,000 fans who were welcomed back to the Etihad Stadium for the first time this season.
