The League Managers Association have joined the talks which will lead to heading being restricted in training and donated £20,000 to the Alzheimer's Society in a further show of support for football's fight against dementia.
A working group has been formed by the Professional Football Negotiating and Consultative Committee (PFNCC) to come up with guidelines which will make England the first country to limit heading in professional training sessions.
The PFNCC is a long-standing forum of representatives from the FA, Premier League, EFL and PFA, whose role is to consider any rules and regulations relating to professional footballers.
