Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney has outlined the four players who must raise their game in order to transform the club's fortunes this season.
United have made a dismal start to the season, sitting in eighth position after 17 games and Jose Mourinho has already ruled them out of challenging for the title.
Mourinho's side had made a mini resurgence over recent weeks but were swiftly brought back down to earth when they were outclassed by rivals City at the Etihad last time out.
Rooney, who made over 400 appearances for the club during a 13-year period, believes there is enough quality in the squad and pinpointed the star players who need to start performing when the chips are down to ease the pressure on Mourinho.
