Edinson Cavani should be fit for Manchester United’s clash against Everton this weekend, with the Uruguayan having been brought off at half-time during the Red Devils’ win over Southampton.
The striker was replaced by Anthony Martial during the break of the 9-0 victory at Old Trafford on Tuesday night, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer explaining afterwards that he had been forced into a change due to a knock. But, the 33-year-old has recovered and should be available for United’s home date with the Toffees on Saturday evening.
“Edinson should be available he got a bad ankle knock,” Solskjaer explained at his pre-match press conference.
