Jose Mourinho received a touchline ban after kicking a bottle of water because he 'could have endangered people around him', an independent commission ruled.
The Manchester United manager was sent to the stands during his side's 1-1 draw with West Ham on November 28 after lashing out at the bottle in frustration, following referee Jonathan Moss's decision to book Paul Pogba for diving.
He subsequently admitted improper conduct and picked up a one-match suspension, which has since been served.
The three-man disciplinary panel, chaired by Stuart Ripley, ruled Mourinho had 'aggressively kicked the bottle in a manner that could have endangered people around him regardless of the motivation to do so'.
