Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp admits he was lucky to escape punishment after screaming in the face of fourth official

Jurgen Klopp has admitted he was fortunate to avoid censure after he screeched in the face of Neil Swarbrick during Liverpool's 1-1 draw with Chelsea.

Liverpool's manager was captured on camera roaring at Swarbrick after Diego Costa had a penalty saved by Simon Mignolet late in the game, an incident which has led to Manchester United's Jose Mourinho claiming there are 'special rules' applied to him by match officials.

Mourinho was warned during United's 0-0 draw with Hull – who Liverpool face on Saturday – that he faced being sent to the stands, something that prompted the Portuguese to reference how Klopp's incident with Swarbrick had been dealt with 24 hours earlier.
