Liverpool's players have enjoyed their first training session in Tenerife... but casual observers on the Canary Island could have been forgiven for not knowing who half of those involved were.
Jurgen Klopp has taken the Reds away on a warm-weather training camp during their two-week wait for a Premier League game, and the squad were in good spirits as they were put through their paces at the Tenerife Top Training facility on Tuesday.
The group, featuring the likes of Lucas Leiva, Dejan Lovren and Alberto Moreno, ran through drills under bright skies in the Atlantic, with temperatures of 20 degrees Centigrade more than double those back home on Merseyside.
