Tottenham chief Daniel Levy has told Real Madrid they can have Danish playmaker Christian Eriksen, provided they're willing to stump up £225million.
Eriksen will be out of contract in 2020, with Spurs considering letting his contract run down as talks over a new deal continue.
The Denmark international is attracting interest from Madrid, who are looking for a long-term replacement for Luka Modric.
But Spanish paper Marca claim they were by Levy two months ago that they would need to pay a world-record transfer fee to land their man.
