Leeds United have confirmed an agreement between Aser Ventures and 49ers Enterprises, which will see the latter purchase the football club.
Leeds were relegated from the Premier League at the end of last month, and looking to regroup as a Championship side.
Now their American shareholders - who have been minority owners since 2018 - have agreed a deal for a full takeover — bringing an end to Andrea Radrizzani’s ownership of Leeds United.
A club statement read: 'Leeds United can confirm an agreement has been reached between Aser Ventures and 49ers Enterprises for the purchase of the club.
