Rodrigo scored a fine 70th-minute equaliser for Leeds United as West Ham United remained in relegation trouble to keep the pressure on manager David Moyes.
Leeds had gone in front through Wilfried Gnonto's 27th-minute strike, capitalising on some poor defending from the visitors.
The Hammers levelled just before the break through Lucas Paqueta's penalty after Pascal Struijk tripped Jarrod Bowen in the area.
And Gianluca Scamacca completed the turnaround for the visitors at the start of the second half, curling a shot in off the post.
But Leeds hit back with Rodrigo's 11th goal of the season to remain in 14th spot and leave West Ham fourth from bottom.
