Illan Meslier - the man between the sticks for Leeds United - has backed his manager Jesse Marsch at the Yorkshire club, insisting that the team is only getting started under the American manager.
The 22-year-old goalkeeper made his 100th appearance for the Whites against Cardiff City in the third round replay of the FA Cup on Wednesday.
The shotstopper told NBC Sports' ProSoccer Talk that he is enjoying his new found role under Marsch, comparing his position to a quarterback's role on an American football team.
