Marcelo Bielsa will not begin talks over a new contract with Leeds until the end of the season.
The owners have been impressed with the club's progress under Bielsa, following their promotion back to the Premier League after 16 years in the wilderness.
Leeds have made a strong start to life back in the top flight, and sit in 12th with 26 points with one half of the season still to be played.

Now the Daily Mirror have reported that the 65-year-old won't deter from his policy of waiting until the season is over, before beginning discussions over his future.
