Freiburg forward Kevin Schade has undergone a medical at Brentford ahead of completing a move which could be worth £22million.
Schade reportedly completed the medical after arriving in London on Tuesday evening, according to The Athletic.
The Bees have agreed a six-month loan deal for the young winger, which will become an obligation to buy if he achieves certain add-ons relating to his performance.

If the clauses are met and Brentford are required to buy Schade, they will be spending £22m to make the transfer permanent.
