Jurgen Klopp refuses to get carried away with Liverpool's start to a season

Jurgen Klopp acknowledged the brilliance of his extraordinary unbeaten side after Liverpool's 1-0 win at Tottenham but insisted it will mean nothing to him until he ends Liverpool's 30-year wait for the title.

Roberto Firmino's 38th minute goal settled the game and Liverpool are now 38 games unbeaten in the Premier League, the same number as Arsenal's Invincible season of 2003-04, though Liverpool's run is spread over two seasons.

They have also set the record for the best start ever among the biggest five leagues in Europe and taken 88 points from a possible 90 in their last 30 Premier League games.
