Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has spoken out on the lack of representation of black coaches and managers across all levels of football.
There has been increasing pressure recently to address a lack of Black, Asian or ethnic minority (BAME) coaching staff and managers throughout football as the Black Lives Matter campaign continues to gather momentum.
Throughout the 91 Premier League and EFL clubs in England, there are only six BAME managers at present - Nuno Espirito Santo (Wolves), Sabri Lamouchi (Nottingham Forest), Darren Moore (Doncaster), Sol Campbell (Southend), Keith Curle (Northampton Town) and Dino Maamria (Oldham).
