West Ham have been dealt with a major blow with Jarrod Bowen's foot injury reportedly worse than first feared.
The 25-year-old sustained the injury during the Hammers' 1-0 loss to Liverpool over a fortnight ago and he has been out since.
West Ham had hoped Bowen would return soon after releasing a statement which stated he did not suffer 'significant damage'.
But according to The Athletic, Bowen now faces 'a race against time' to be available for the Europa League quarter-final clash against Lyon due to a fractured bone in his foot.
