When Jack Rodwell is included in Sunderland's startling line-up, the North East side's supporters can be forgiven if it gives them a bad feeling.
That is because Rodwell has started 32 times in the Premier League since his £10million move from Manchester City in 2014, and won none.
The England international with three caps has drawn 15 and lost 17, and seen Sunderland secure just 15 points from a possible 96.
Rodwell started on Saturday when Winston Reid scored a 94th-minute winner for West Ham to leave Sunderland bottom by three points.
