Arsenal legend Ian Wright has called on Mikel Arteta to make drastic changes to his squad to arrest their steep decline this season.

The Gunners lie 15th, just four points off the relegation zone, in their worst ever start to a Premier League season.

Mikel Arteta's side are massively struggling for creativity, while £350,000-a-week attacking midfielder Mesut Ozil has been ostracised and is not part of the Premier League or Europa League squads.

And Wright urged the board to pay off the last six months of Ozil's contract to get him to leave.
