Trent Alexander-Arnold has been backed to become the Premier League's best right back one day, surpassing Gary Neville.

That's the view of Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher who believes Alexander-Arnold will change the perception of that position.

The 21-year-old has enjoyed a sublime start to his professional career - having won the Champions League, FIFA Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup.

Alexander-Arnold has a long way to go to emulate Neville, who won 17 major honours with Manchester United, but Carragher believes he will reach that level.
