Tom Huddlestone reckons the tumultuous off-field events at Hull have bonded the remaining players to the point 'they will die for each other'.

Newly-promoted Hull begin their third spell in the Premier League, against champions Leicester on Saturday lunchtime, with only 13 fit bodies.

Despite a chronic injury crisis, the Yorkshire club have not signed a single player, leading Curtis Davies to tweet a 'squad picture' from the pre-season tour of Austria that featured just nine players. All nine start on Saturday along with record signing Abel Hernandez and goalkeeper Eldin Jakupovic.
