Michael Keane had an eventful afternoon at the KCOM Stadium as he atoned for his handball aberration by firing home an equaliser to earn Burnley a rare away point.
The Clarets earned just their second point away from Turf Moor in a game that came to life after the break.
Keane handled in the box to give Tom Huddlestone a chance to score from the penalty spot, which the Tigers captain took gladly. Keane popped up at the other end to level less than five minutes later to secure a result which did little for Hull's survival chances.
