The decision to hand Aden Marwa the ban was reached at a Caf disciplinary board meeting where 10 other officials were affected
Kenyans have reacted with different opinion following the life ban slapped on top referee Aden Marwa.
Confederation of African Football’s Disciplinary committee found Marwa guilty of match fixing after he was captured on video receiving a US$ 600 (Kshs 60,000) bribe in a BBC expose in early June.
The expose, done by controversial Ghanaian journalist Anas Anas also featured other referees as well as high ranking officials in the continent like Ghanaian football chief and now former Caf Vice President Kwesi Nyantakyi receiving bribes from the journalist as well as others termed as 'gifts'.
