Brighton manager Graham Potter is excited by Tariq Lamptey's potential and believes he has the mentality to thrive in the top-flight.
Lamptey has established himself as a mainstay within Potter's side, despite having only made the move to the seaside club from their Stamford Bridge counterparts for £4million in January.
Lamptey has only featured 15 times in the Premier League for Brighton, but Potter has expressed his 'excitement' about working with the 20-year-old.
'I've always said he's a great down-to-earth lad, so credit to him and his family,' Potter said ahead of their visit to Tottenham.
