Harry Wilson has signed a new five-year contract at Liverpool as the Welsh winger hopes to convince Jurgen Klopp he can be part of his first-team plans this season.
Wilson scored twice as the Reds kicked off their pre-season friendly programme with a 7-0 win at National League North outfit Chester on Saturday - a timely reminder of his qualities at the start of a big summer.
The 21-year-old has now put pen to paper on an improved long-term deal, his second in six months as the club rewards his impressive progress in recent months.
