David Beckham, Rio Ferdinand and Eric Cantona were among a host of former Manchester United stars to wish legendary boss Sir Alex Ferguson a happy birthday on Monday.
The fiery Scot turned 77 in what has proved a difficult year with health issues.
Ferguson enjoyed a glittering career at United winning 13 Premier League titles, five FA Cups, four League Cups and two Champions League titles.

The club themselves penned an impressive tribute to Ferguson on his birthday as they created a video of his iconic moments in charge of the club.
