Liverpool legend Steve McManaman says clubs should learn from the faith shown to Jurgen Klopp after the German won the Premier League as the fifth-longest serving manager in English football - despite being in his job less than five years.
The Reds became champions for the first time in 30 years last week to complete an incredible five-year journey for Klopp, and McManaman believes he can serve as an example to trigger-happy owners that patience can lead to success.
McManaman, now a coach at the Liverpool academy having played for the club for nearly 10 years, says the men in the dugout must be allowed to 'work their magic' if they are to have any chance of replicating Klopp.
