Gary Lineker has encouraged Tottenham to appoint Jurgen Klinsmann as manager after reports claimed Nuno Espirito Santo would snub them to join Fenerbahce.
Sportsmail revealed exclusively last week that Nuno is the favourite to take over at Spurs, but Lineker appeared to comment on reports from a Turkish radio station suggesting the Portuguese is apparently set to take over at the Turkish side instead.
And in response, the former Tottenham striker and Match of the Day host backed Klinsmann for the job.
