Bruce Arena has returned to management at the New England Revolution, with the MLS side announcing the former United States boss as their new sporting director and head coach.
The 67-year-old Long Island native has been out of work since leaving a second spell with the USMNT.
He resigned from that position after failing to secure qualification for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
