Former Chelsea midfielder Michael Ballack meets with Blues boss Antonio Conte on a visit to his former club

Former Chelsea midfielder Michael Ballack met with current Blues boss Antonio Conte on a visit to the club's Cobham Training Centre on Thursday.

Ballack spent four seasons at Stamford Bridge after joining the club on a free transfer from Bayern Munich in 2006.

The midfielder won six major trophies during his time in West London, including the Premier League title during his final season with the Blues in 2009-10.

And the former Germany international believes Chelsea are well equipped to claim yet another league crown this season under the guidance of Conte.
