Failing to complete the football season risks causing turmoil with the Premier League and EFL besieged by lawsuits, according to a football finance expert.
Sport is on hold for the foreseeable future as the world struggles to get a grip on the deadly coronavirus pandemic.
The Premier League and EFL made the decision to suspend the season last Friday with non-league football and the grassroots game following suit on Monday.


Representatives from clubs in the top four divisions are set to meet this week to figure out how best to conclude the season.
