EXTRA TIME: Rwanda President blames Arsenal owners for club woes

Rwanda President, Paul Kagame has voiced his displeasure at Arsenal’s recent poor performances across all competitions.

The Gunners were eliminated from the Uefa Europa League after a 2-1 aggregate loss to Atletico Madrid in Thursday’s semi-final fixture. Asides from ending their hopes for European glory this campaign, they will end the season with no silverware.

Also, Arsenal are set to miss the Uefa Champions League next season as they are currently placed sixth in the English Premier League with 57 points from 35 games. They remain the only club yet to win a point away from home in the English top-flight this year.
