The teenager winger has been rewarded for making his breakthrough into the Saints first-team squad with a three-and-a-half-year deal
Southampton youngster Josh Sims has signed a new three-and-a-half-year contract with the Premier League club.
The 19-year-old winger is a product of Saints' esteemed youth system and made his debut in November's 1-0 win over Everton.
Sims has eight first-team appearances to his name for Claude Puel's men and joins fellow academy graduated Harrison Reed, Sam McQueen and Jake Hesketh in penning extended terms at St Mary's this season.
"I'm absolutely delighted to sign a new contract with the club," Sims said.
