EXCLUSIVE: Premier League managers ordered not to confront referees and put complaints in writing 24 hours AFTER matches as a result of strict social distancing rules

Premier League managers must put their refereeing complaints in writing 24 hours after matches amid orders not to confront officials ahead of Wednesday night’s restart.

It is common place for managers to hold post-match debriefs with match officials after full-time, particularly if any contentious decision are made.

But bosses have been told their grievances cannot be relayed to officials face-to-face directly after the game under strict social distancing protocols.
