EXCLUSIVE: Premier League left in fury over latest lockdown rules which state teams can only order room service at hotels, leaving concerns over the impact on players' health

Clubs have been told that room service is the only option for eating in hotels until lockdown rules are lifted.

Government officials have banned team meals in hotels until December 2, a move that has not gone down well with the Premier League and EFL.

The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport have outlined that under no circumstances terms should clubs go against the rule.
