Morgan Schneiderlin felt the cold chill of the Premier League's busy Christmas period as he joined Everton team-mates Idrissa Gueye and Oumar Niasse in a cryotherapy chamber.
The midfielder, who featured in Everton's narrow 1-0 victory over Newcastle on the weekend, took to the sub-zero conditions of cryotherapy ahead of their clash with relegation-threatened Swansea on Monday night at Goodison Park.
The Frenchman posted on his Instagram alongside his Toffees team-mates, with Gueye clearly feeling the effects of their time in the chamber more than his colleagues.

'Hard 3 minutes of cryo to be ready for tomorrow,' Schneiderlin wrote.
