Crystal Palace goalkeeper Vicente Guaita rejects interest from LaLiga to sign new two-year contract with the option of an extra 12 months after impressive performances this season

Vicente Guaita has signed a new two-year contract with Crystal Palace, ending speculation he could move to LaLiga.

His deal runs until June 2023 with the option to extend for a further year, extending his stay at the club by potentially three seasons.

With his previous contract expiring this summer, clubs outside England could start negotiating to sign him on a pre-contract agreement which would see him move on a free from the beginning of January.
